Comments :    You guys are so awesome Macon Road Vet! My sister and her family have been using your vet clinic for all their pets and referred you to me. It was a great thing they did because I regretted not neutering my dog Sasuke when he was younger. Your knowledge and friendliness made my decision to go ahead with the neutering much easier. Staff is great. Rich made Sasuke feel comfortable. You're my vet for life. Thanks!!!!

Comments :    I took my cat, Theo, to the vet due to a limp. Dr. Kelly McKee examined Theo. I was surprised at how well he behaved with Dr. McKee. Theo is very smart and did not trust his previous vet. Theo truly trusted Dr. McKee, as I do. The ladies at the reception desk are true professionals, and they make you fell at home. I now have a new veterinarian to go to.

Comments :    We wanted to write you a letter to thank you for over nine years of loving care for our little Tito and especially these last few weeks as he approached the end of his 16 plus years of life. I will never forget the day I entered your "home away from home" for Tito. I told you we had a bad Vet experience somewhere else in town and we wanted to find a place that understood the "needs" of a tiny spoiled dog like Tito. I said he needed daily attention when boarding- hugs, cuddling, verbal praise, treats, etc. I told you I would understand if I was asking too much and I would just keep looking. I clearly remember Dr. Glass telling me those were the kind of things you like to provide for all your animals that board. SOLD! I knew we had found our vet! Each and every person that has worked with Tito these past nine years at Macon Road Vet has made us feel like Tito was "family". You've laughed at his spunky personality, admired his sweet nature, tolerated his sassy side, and consoled Tito as well as Phil and me at the end. Thank you for your kindness and generosity on the day of Tito's passing. Dr. Glass, Dr. Glass, Rich, Chase and all the staff up front who patiently answered our phone calls and questions. We will miss all of you, but will stop by with some of Tito's belongings from time to time when I can part with them. You are welcome to use them yourselves or give them to families in need that join your clinic. Gratefully, Bobbi & Phil Kimble (and, of course, Tito)

Comments :    I called macon rd vets while i was still at work on a wednesday, my dog had eaten an entire bag of chocolate. They had me bring in Henry and made sure my puppy was taken care of. I am highly appreciative of them because I am not a member of their clinic but as I checked out i got my babies their yearly check ups. Thank you Dr. Glass and Staff!!

Comments :    I'm so impressed with this veterinary clinic... They were able to accomodate me on short notice and took such great care of my puppy. Dr. Glass is obviously extremely experienced and just works so naturally when caring for my Pup. I will undoubtedly return to this clinic for all of my future needs because of how outstanding the whole experience was.

Comments :    I have been coming to Dr. Glass as long as I can remember with my "babies". I can not say enough about how wonderful he is. I could not imagine taking my babies anywhere else, and now Dr. Glass, Jr., aboard just assures me that I will always have the best care ever! I can truly say that loving animals has ran in the family. Recently, we had to have Dr. Glass, Sr. put our bullmastiff, "Sonny" down for major health issues and old age. He lived to be almost 13, which in return is a great long life we had with him. We will truly miss our baby boy and it will never be the same without him. Dr. Glass - YOU WERE WONDERFUL WITH HIM and he loved coming to see you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you and your staff do for our babies. You guys are truly a gift from God. We will NEVER take our pets to anyone else. I recommend you and Jr. to EVERYONE. In my opinion there is NO other VET! We truly LOVE you guys. Yall WILL be seeing a new bullmastiff puppy REAL soon! : ) Jay and Connie Turner

Comments :    I have known Dr. Glass (Sr.) for over 17 years and would never consider taking my "baby" to anyone else. His knowledge, skill, and professionalism is only eclipsed by his true compassion for and dedication to his patients and their families! Dr. Glass provided a lifetime of care to my first puppy for over 13 years and saw me through a most difficult period when she became terminally ill and ultimately went to the Rainbow Bridge. He went well "above and beyond" in ensuring that she was as comfortable as possible during her last weeks. When I got my new "baby", he was right there to ensure that she had the best veterinary care possible and has continued to provide the same over the three years since she became part of my family. Not only does Dr. Glass provide excellent care to his regular patients, but his compassion and care even extends to strays and lost pets. I once found a lost dog in a convenience store and called Dr. Glass. He willingly examined the animal and provided all the services it needed until a suitable home was found. I have referred, without any reservation, numerous family, friends, and animals lovers to Dr. Glass for their pets, and none have been disappointed. If you want the best for your pet, Dr. Glass is the one you want.

His knowledge is only eclipsed by his compassion both for his patients and for their owners. Dr. glass takes his work very seriously and puts every effort into providing the best care possible for his patients.

Comments :    We've been loyal customers of Macon Road Veterinary Clinic for over three years now. They take care of our 5 dogs for us with loving care. They also know us and lovingly care for the rescues and strays that always seem to find us. :) We really appreciate everyone who works here. You can tell that they all put their heart into caring for our four-legged family members.

Comments :    I've been coming to Macon Road Vets for over 2 years now - we moved to the Macon Rd area and it's so convenient. But I have stayed with them because everyone there is professional, knowlegable and sweet to my three dogs. I can get in to see the vet almost anytime - hardly any waiting for an appointment, or I can drop in. Easy medication refills - love the front desk staff and the vet techs! I highly recommend this office.

Comments :    I have been using Macon Road vets for as long as I can remeber. They take excellent care of all of my animals. The doctors are both great and are wonderful with my animals. I would recommend them to anyone with an animal.
